Return Policy for Patternmaster

Patternmaster’s return or exchange policy allows for a “no questions asked” policy if the tube is returned within 30 days of purchase and purchased directly from us. Receipt must accompany the tube. Tubes may be exchanged for a different tube type within the 30-day period. If you choose to send the tube back to us for an exchange you will need to send $10 for return shipping and handling and a copy of your receipt. If the tube is purchased directly from one of our vendors, the tube should be returned to them if a refund is to be made.

All tubes sent must be accompanied by a Patternmaster Return Form.
