If you have purchased a Patternmaster tube through our website at www.patternmaster.com or directly from one of our Representatives at a Trade Show and are not completely satisfied, we will give you your money back or exchange the tube. Just give us a call. Patternmaster Customer Service Team will assist with the return instructions and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number that will help speed the process. Returns or Exchanges that are past 30-day guarantee deadline will not be eligible for a refund. However, we still want you to be satisfied.
If you purchased the tube directly from Patternmaster and it is in NEW condition but has been over 30 days since you purchased, we will be glad to exchange the tube. Call Customer Service at 877-388-2259 for return instructions and Return Authorization (RA) number. Some exchanges are subject to an upcharge. Please include $10 shipping and handling fee and write the RA number on the outside of the package.
If you purchased the tube from a Patternmaster dealer please return to the place of purchase and follow their store return policies. In cases where this is not possible, please call Patternmaster Customer Service at 877-388-2259.
All returns are subject to inspection and possibly determined outside the scope of our return policy.
