This Guarantee is extended to U.S. retail customers who purchased directly from Patternmaster Chokes.

Patternmaster Chokes is proud to offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on our manufactured products. If you have purchased a Patternmaster Choke tube through our website (www.patternmaster.com) or directly from an Authorized Representative at a Trade Show and are not completely satisfied, we will give you your money back or exchange the tube. Just give us a call. Patternmaster Customer Service Team will assist with the return instructions and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number that will help speed the process. Toll free 877-388-2259 Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.

* Shipping fees will not be refunded if the purchase from Patternmaster was completed as ordered. If there was an error on our part, we will be happy to email a Return Shipping label.

• To receive a refund Patternmaster Chokes requires:
  • Purchased directly from Patternmaster Chokes.
  • Have Receipt or Proof of Purchase.
  • RA number written on the outside of your return package.

Patternmaster Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges that are past 30-day Guarantee deadline will not be eligible for a refund. However, we still want you to be satisfied.

If the tube was purchased directly from Patternmaster Chokes and it is in NEW condition but has been over 30 days since you purchased, we will be glad to exchange the tube. Call Customer Service at 877-388-2259 for return instructions and Return Authorization (RA) number. Some exchanges are subject to an upcharge. You will be instructed to include $10 shipping and handling fee and write the RA number on the outside of the package.

• Requirements for exchanging your tube (example: purchased or gifted wrong tube for you gun):
  • Purchased directly from Patternmaster Chokes.
  • Have Receipt or Proof of Purchase.
  • RA number written on the outside of your return package.
  • Enclose $10 for return shipping and handling fees (if initial order was fulfilled correctly)

If you purchased the tube from an authorized Patternmaster dealer, please return to the place of purchase and follow their store return policies. In cases where this is not possible, please call Patternmaster Chokes Customer Service at 877-388-2259.

All returns are subject to inspection and may possibly be determined outside the scope of our return policy.

All International sales are final and not subject to this policy.
