All prices on our website, for merchandise and shipping, are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.
When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes and duty fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Patternmaster Chokes, LLC has no control over these charges, nor can Patternmaster Chokes predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Patternmaster Chokes will strive to get your order shipped as fast and efficient as possible. We have no control once the package is transferred to the shipping company. Please read and understand the bold statements below:
IMPORTANT: The recipient is responsible to enter the correct shipping and contact information when placing an order through our website (www.patternmaster.com). Information entered in the “Shipping” section is used to create the package label and shipping documentation. A correct phone number and email address is necessary so you can be reached by Customs when your product arrives.
Should you choose to abandon or for some reason fail to retrieve the package once contacted by Customs, do not contact Patternmaster Chokes for a refund or to have the merchandise shipped to you again. The cost of the merchandise will not be refunded or re-shipped until the package is returned to Patternmaster Chokes. Patternmaster Chokes reserves the right to refuse to pay fees charged by the shipping company to return the merchandise to our warehouse. Therefore, you may not be refunded for any of the expense. Shipping costs on the invoice are always non-refundable.
Patternmaster Chokes dealers outside the United States are strongly encouraged to establish a shipping account through UPS (preferred) or FedEx. Please see www.ups.com to create a UPS account or visit www.fedex.com to create a FedEx account. Once you have your account number, please contact Patternmaster Chokes to have the account number listed in our shipping software. Orders placed through our website, once we receive your shipping account number, will not have shipping fees added. The shipping carrier will bill you separately.
If you would like to continue to purchase Patternmaster Chokes merchandise but do not feel it is necessary to establish a shipping account of your own, keep in mind that once your shipment has left our warehouse, Patternmaster Chokes will no longer be responsible for the package or the contents. If the package fails to arrive at the destination, it is the responsibility of the recipient to contact the shipping carrier and/or file a claim. No refunds will be issued by Patternmaster Chokes, LLC.
