Read all package instructions for installation and use PRIOR to inserting Patternmaster products in your shotgun.

Patternmaster strives to make the best tube on the market, however there are some circumstances beyond our control. (Such as: environment, firearm specifications, and ammunition failure.) Therefore, Patternmaster offers a manufacturer warranty that covers materials and workmanship to the original purchaser of our products. The product must have been purchased directly from Patternmaster or a Patternmaster Authorized Dealer.

Please note, this manufacturer’s warranty will only cover tubes that were manufactured since 2011 as prior to that tubes may have been produced at other manufacturing facilities that do not maintain a warranty for their products.

1. This warranty does not cover:
   • Occurrence due to disregard of posted disclaimers, warnings, and recommendations (See website tube description or tube packaging for disclaimer/warnings/recommendations)
   • Occurrence due to failure to properly use and maintain the product (see product packaging)

1. Patternmaster is not responsible for user negligence or improper use and installation that may cause:
   • Damage to property
   • Bodily injury
   • Product malfunction

If you have questions or believe your Patternmaster tube may be covered under this warranty, please call Customer Service at 877-388-2259. The Customer Service Team at Patternmaster will help you with return instructions and provide a necessary Return Authorization (RA) number that should appear on the outside of the return package. (Failure to write the RA number on the package may cause delays in processing your return.)

Patternmaster reserves the right to inspect tubes received for warranty service and will determine if there is a manufacturing defect or if the defect was caused by intentional or negligent misuse.
